阿福自己可都不太記得那餛飩了。

還是開府不久的時候，有次韋素買了來的，嘗過之後覺得特別鮮美。那餛飩有煎的有煮的，煮的湯味鮮，煎的特別脆香。皮成了金黃的，半透明，裡面的肉餡成了好看粉紅色，聞著就讓人胃口大開。餛飩角捏的翹起來，一個個盛在盤中神氣活現的。阿福自認下廚手藝還好，可是餡沒有人家獨門的方子調配，樣子也做不了那麼好看。
